«After a small snafu with check in, our stay was terrific. House was adorable and very clean. It was perfect for me and my husband and our pup. Loved the fenced in yard for her. Just a lovely home base for our time at Seneca Lake.»

«Great location. Beautiful views of the lake. Nice restaurant and bar on property. This is an older hotel that is updated. Rooms are comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the lake. Good TV with a lot of channels. Refrigerator. Furniture is newer. Nice carpet. Plenty of parking. Nice large deck for sitting out. Fire pits.
The paving is deteriorated but I think they are continuing to make improvements, and this is probably on the list.»

«If I could give it more stars I would. It was peaceful, quiet, and the staff was great. I could have stayed for a week sitting on the dock if I wasn’t on a schedule. The lake is gorgeous. The location is right in the middle of many wineries, breweries, and activities. We stayed in a Yurt which I highly recommend. We had coffee and fresh muffins in the morning.»

Cons:
No breakfast and no where close to get it. Even some fruit-bananas and apples- would have been appreciated. No cook when we went for dinner.
No grab bars! Accident waiting to happen! Nice renovated shower, but no grab bars ruins it. And where are you supposed to put towels? They were wrapped up nice on our beds, and I found out quickly why. No where to put them! Clean or dirty! You ...

«We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western in Penn Yan, New York. The lobby was inviting and had free coffee and juice 24/7. Our room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was modern and well appointed with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc… The grounds of the hotel or clean and well-maintained. There was plenty of parking. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that the hot tub would bubble up with huge amounts of foam.»
