«The kitchen had everything we needed and we really appreciated the muffins and other breakfast items. The bedrooms were comfortable and the dining room table worked out well. The weather was very cold and wind when we were there but if not for the wind we would have used the hot tub but unfortunately it was not suitable for use. I would recommit if you are planning on using it in the off season you notify the host prior to checkin. Also an instruction book for use of hot tub and wood fireplace ...

«We rented the house for a family wedding in nearby Wilson. It was a great location for us and the house accommodated our family well. The outdoor space is great to gather. The sunsets over Lake Ontario are beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed being outside. The owner was communicative leading up to and during our stay. I rated the house lower for cleanliness. I shared my concerns with the owner directly who was very apologetic and reimbursed our cleaning fee, which was appreciated.»

Also I was understanding that it had a beach area but it didn’t it was a big drop into the water. when we walked in home we were greeted with flies. Then we went to take a shower and some of the towels has hair and had a smell to them. «The house is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully furnished. Quite frankly, the pictures do not do it justice. The view is even better than you think it is and the house was perfectly clean upon our arrival. The only downsides are (1) the house does not have central heat or a fireplace/wood stove, so it is a bit cold during the winter and (2) getting answers from the owners' agent prior to the start of the reservation was impossible.
