«This hotel has great staff! We were in town for my daughter's graduation from RPI and the hotel decorates their lobby for their graduation. Staff members like Hunter and the wonderful female bartender (who suggested the honey hot wings with green goddess sauce) went above and beyond during our stay. «First of all when we got there we weren't told where the parking area was . We had 5 people staying 3 nights. There were 3 bath mats, 3 bath towels & 2 washcloths. No hand towels. No kitchen towels. The shower head didn't work correctly. Dining area lights didn't work. Control panel on the washer/dryer was falling off. No place to put our clothes. The one dresser had stuff stored in it Master bed sheets had a cigerette burn. Half empty bottles of water laying around. But the worst part was when ...

«The room was clean and convenient for where we needed to be for the holidays. Jermaine was more than helpful with getting us into our room. The only things I think needs to be addressed is the powerstrip for the coffee and toaster kept tripping so we moved the coffee pot over. And there was no power in the bathroom for a blow dryer. Would have like a dresser to place clothes since we were staying 10 days. Over all it was a good little place to stay. Thank you Jermaine. »

«Updated apartment with all the modern amenities in a 130 year old brownstone just south of downtown. Walkable to downtown and a variety of restaurants. An area of town that is being renovated, will keep looking nicer as time goes on. Any time I needed something, James the host was very quick to reply and address.»
