«Breakfast was disappointing, plenty of options but didn't look great. Housekeeping was great. Room was comfortable though a touch musty smelling.»

«Housekeeping Never made bed or changed sheets or cleaned commode in 7 night stay»

«I asked for my hotel folio as I was Leaving and I was told the Expedia would provide that to me. A day later I still don’t have the folio. Why is it so hard to get a receipt for a hotel stay? No where else do I experience this issue. Why now?»

«We stayed here because of its convenient location near the business centre. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness. I found dozens of Q-tips and tissues that had not been cleaned up under the sofa bed. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was decent, but the housekeeping could definitely be improved.»

«I just spent five nights here, and really enjoyed my stay. Friendly staff and lovely bartenders. It is nice to have a good place to calm down in the evening after a long day, and Patty the barkeeper is one of a kind. The hotel was in mint condition, and nice and clean at all times. «Wonderful experience at The Del Monte Lodge! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location in Pittsford is also perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!»

«Property is older but is up to date. Very clean rooms and amazing staff. parking is a little tight but otherwise would definitely repeat.»

«Enjoyed the area restaurants and entertainment!»

«Perfect quiet location for a quick getaway!»

«Very homey!! I would most definitely recommend and when I come back to town I hope I can get this place again!!»

«Great location. Walkable to town. Nice and spacious. Could have another bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom was poor. Description didn’t say it was on the second floor. Lugging suitcases up 2 flights of stairs was a bit challenging. But would definitely stay there again. Liked the decor. Very clean.»

«It was a lovely place that worked out well for my needs. I does need a few little touches on maintenance but nothing that interfered with my needs. I would recommend it because it's so close to everything fun in Fairport.»

«Great house, just what we needed.»

«The perfect spot! We were in town visiting family and were so happy to have found this home. The hosts were kind and gracious not to mention communicative. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The yard was perfect for the fur babies as well! Can’t say enough about it. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!»
