It is nice to have a good place to calm down in the evening after a long day, and Patty the barkeeper is one of a kind. The hotel was in mint condition, and nice and clean at all times. «The bedroom curtain was ripped and the light switch did not work unless you squeezed it in to shut it off. I called down to the front to let them know. The breakfast was a decent offering of items, the pool and hot tub were large. The pool area tile is very slippery.»

«Communication and check-in were seamless. The apartment was very clean. We were a little cold and Jason brought a space heater right away. Great location just on the edge of the village. A couple considerations for future visitors: Exterior photo on VRBO is not the actual location, it’s of a building on the scenic canal; the apartment is a very small studio with minimal room for luggage, and small kitchen. Perfect for one person or short stays. »

«The perfect spot! We were in town visiting family and were so happy to have found this home. The hosts were kind and gracious not to mention communicative. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The yard was perfect for the fur babies as well! Can’t say enough about it. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!»

«Second and third floor of a large home with private entrance and off-street parking. Located just around the corner from the canal and main street in Fairport, so close to things too do. This was a family vacation that included our dogs and the Owners were accommodating and easy to deal with. 4 large rooms with king and queen sized bedding, laundry, kitchen; everything we needed for our 5 night stay.»

«We had a very enjoyable 5 night stay at this VRBO. We had been staying at hotels as we moved our son from Dallas to Rochester so staying in a house was such a nice change, and it was wonderful to be able to wash our clothes after almost a week of traveling. The master bedroom was very spacious and it was nice having separate his and her sinks.
