«This house was fantastic! super clean, so pretty - very well appointed - this was such a luxurious trip for us! Although I grew up in the Buffalo area I had really never spent time on the either of the Great Lakes - this home is RIGHT on the beach - so close to Lake Ontario. We had rainy weather so no star gazing - but the hot tub at night was a wonderful way to end our busy days! Really nice location, super comfortable home! »

«There were multiple problems with room and could not get room switched on first night. Issues were not fully disovered until later in the evening. Although room was swapped the next night, hotel would not refund for first night, nor did they send someone to fix the issues the following morning. It took a trip to the front desk in the afternoon to ask for a follow up. The front desk person confirmed they lnew of the issues, but unfortunately didn't act to resolve them first thing in the a.m. ...

«We stayed here because we had a great experience at a Comfort Suites in another state. This stay was terrible. The room was dirty, the entire place had a weird smell and the rooms are in need of any kind of update. Starting with the carpets and moving on from there. Almost every single room had a window that was cloudy on the inside-meaning that the windows need replacing. Everything needs replacing. If I could give -5 stars, I would. I almost went to sleep in my car instead of the hotel ...
