«A wonderful property - the pool was very popular with my kids»

«The property is out of a fairy tale! It is beautiful. We walked all over and my kids were in heaven. The home is old but clean and has so much historical character. The host lives on property and was so helpful and kind. It made our Cooperstown baseball experience even better. 12 min to Dreams Park. It was a great stay!»

«Unique, fun stay in a nicely accommodated Air Stream!»

«Our stay at Toad Hall Carriage House was absolutely wonderful! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Our host, AnnBritt, was exceptional—warm, welcoming, incredibly helpful, and attentive to every detail. The carriage house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the location was so easy to access. But what really made this stay special was the incredible setting. The gorgeous running trails were a dream, and being surrounded by beautiful horses and chickens made it feel ...

«Well-kept vintage airstream on a beautiful property with lots of outdoor space, gorgeous wildflowers, and even a view peaking out at the mountains in the daylight. Being able to bring my dog was a massive help logistically and it was so fun to let him run around the large yard! Hosts gave detailed check-in instructions, double checked to make sure we got them, and let us know they were located nearby and able to help with any issues. This spot was such a great find!»

«This place is absolutely incredible. We had the families of our baseball team all stay together (24 total) plus our boys on the last night. There was tons of room and proximity to the park made this place worth every penny. Lots of entertainment for siblings on site, super clean…highly recommend!!»

«MJ and Steve were wonderful hosts! The Farmhouse and property is absolutely gorgeous and another plus is it’s easy to get to Cooperstown and Dreams Park. Also, my daughter loved the game room! We had a great time and would love to come back someday!»

«The best!»

«We had a wonderful stay here, while our son played in Cooperstown. The property was exceptionally clean, and stocked with everything needed to make our time relaxing and enjoyable. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were! Our kids loved the large grassy area out front for playing wiffle ball and badminton. This a perfect spot for families coming to Cooperstown Dreams Park- a short drive to everything, with space for a family to spread out and relax.»

«Wonderful accommodations with an inspiring story attached. Thanks for making our stay comfortable and inviting. »

«Beautiful house and the perfect spot for our Cooperstown stay! We stayed with another family and loved the "kids" areas to keep them busy indoors, plus the kayaks and fishing gear helped to keep our kids outside and enjoying the beautiful property! Highly recommend this property!»

«Samantha was great to work with. In addition to linens and cookware, the rental has a portable crib, games, puzzles, books, and umbrellas for those rainy baseball days!»

«We really enjoyed our stay. The house has plenty of space to spread out and has everything you need. Easy commute to Cooperstown. Would definitely stay there again. »

«This was the perfect place to stay during our Cooperstown’s Baseball Tournament. The location is great! You get to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and are still extremely close to everything. The hosts are exceptional, extremely helpful, and caring. We loved walking the trails around the house and into the forest next door. The beds are very comfortable and the house was stocked with everything you need, even to-go coffee cups! The rental is homelike with the sweetest decor. I already miss ...
