«The house was perfect. The location was amazing. They had a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed and then some. When we arrived I was so excited to be greeted with the cows next door. The view from the front porch was gorgeous. It’s so far away from other houses that we didn’t hear a sound. Definitely plan to return again hopefully in the spring! »

«The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few ...

«Perfect home for a small family vacation…or in my case a vacation to watch my son play at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house is absolutely as described, the rooms immaculate, with attention to detail…and if you are looking for r & r the location is ideal. I enjoyed sitting out on the farmers porch, watching deer meander on by during the afternoon, and with a glass of wine under the stars at night.
