«The staff were helpful and friendly. Offering any help I may need during my stay (6 days). It was very quiet even though the hotel appeared to fill up every night. It is conveniently located near restaurants, Letchworth State Park, Silver Lake, and not too far from East Aurora. The cell reception was very good (Verizon). I will definitely stay there again in the future.»

Price at begining of booking was good ..later ..a lot of surcharges....and the way is set up..we ended..going to wallmart and spend 60 more for bedsheats....because ..we missed on your website some fineprint...warning the customer to get his own bedding....so with the final price we could stay in Microtell next village and not worries about it. «We had a great stay overall. The staff was genuinely accommodating and very friendly, which made a big difference. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, tasty, and well organized. The pool was a bit on the cold side, and the jacuzzi jets were very strong (definitely more “hydro-massage” than relaxing soak). That said, everything was working, clean, and well maintained. Despite those minor points, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we’d happily come back»
