«Management was rude and unprofessional. There were issues with my room (running toilet, broken fireplace) and no attempt was made to rectify the issue. What is advertised on the website is not what the actual experience will be. The worst part was the inability to contact someone in charge because the person at the front desk was rarely there and when she was, she had seemingly no interest in helping and was borderline rude. »

«Our stay was rather disappointing. The property seems neglected. Some lightbulbs in the bathroom were not working . The coffee maker was really filthy inside. Instead of breakfast we were offered some packaged pastry from a gas station. Plus, there were a bunch of insects in the room. There was no drinking water in the property we ended up driving to get water. I don’t understand they can charge so much money »

«Our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and tranquil surroundings. The day we arrived there were several deer greeting us in the backyard. The listing had everything we needed and our Plebes enjoyed the hot tub, comfortable rooms, and game selection. »

«The only drawback of this hotel is the Storyteller restaurant and lounge. It's such a beautiful room but the options there are so limited if you want to just relax and have a drink or small bite in the afternoon. I was there with my family from 3pm - 5pm and we managed to get coffee and one iced tea but it was not as easy as you'd think for such a lovely room and bar.»
