«The Brown Family Farmhouse was a wonderful island experience. The historic home was super clean and nicely decorated. The country kitchen had everything you could need. Our family enjoyed walking and biking the dirt roads with the cows nearby. Swimming from the deep water dock was fun too. Easy access by boat to Clayton.»

«The apartment was great. The review of the site on VRBO needs a little adjusting. When the review was read, we thought the apartment was much closer to main shore and tourist area of Clayton;just a short walking distance. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. Thank you.»

«The view of the river is limited because of trees and buildings. The location of the Motel is very close to the downtown area where there are so many restaurants and shops to explore. But don't bypass the within walking distance, little diner a couple doors down from the Motel. Excellant! The room was clean but a bit dated. The host is very accommedating and easy to work with.»

«The listing missed mentioning how many stairs there are . I don't do steps well. Otherwise the apartment was very nice.
I have never paid that much for housecleaning so that is a negative in my book.»

«You can walk to any location from this property. Close to town and just far enough away not to be bothered with all the late hour noise. The upper porch was so nice to sit and watch the squirrels and bids which are in and out the trees like crazy.»
