«If you’re looking for a place to stay in this area, Halvorsen House is the place to choose! Just a few minutes from the north entrance of Letchworth, it gave us a perfect landing place each evening. Tons of great space inside and outside for either gathering or spreading out. We enjoyed breakfast on the deck and ending our evening around the firepit. Thank you for giving us such a comfortable and clean home for our visit!»

«We so enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen/living room lived up to its billing. Had lots of great cooking vessels and utensils and the appliances were top- notch. I loved using the large kitchen table to prepare and eat our meals and I had all the needed utensils and equipment to do so. All of the rooms were thoughtfully and beautifully appointed. «My husband didn’t like the bed (too hard) but it was ok for me. When he asked if they had mattress toppers he was given a mattress cover! Apparently staff didn’t know the difference! The breakfast is the most basic and there are no tables in the lobby to eat at . There’s no elevator so husband had to carry both our big suitcases up and it took a few trips with both of us to get all our stuff!»

«The room was dirty & unkept . The bed sheets in room 5 ( April 9, 2026 ) were NOT replaced prior to our arrival. When my wife & I were about to get in bed for the night we saw that the sheets contained someones grittiness . Who in the hell wants to crawl into that ? My wife was disgusted . It's MY WIFE !
