«The room was a bit worn, but very nice and clean. Friendly staff and nice breakfast!»

«I love the staff. I have stayed there a couple times this year. Great place to be.»

«Habitación limpia»

«The place looked abandoned. The check-in area was very odd. The elevator was broken. The rooms smelled horrible. The sheets were turned inside out. Overall, the place made me feel very uncomfortable. We had to leave abruptly and no one was at the front desk and talked to us through a ring bell camera. I do not recommend anyone staying there.»

«There coworkers that clean rooms stole my wall charger.»

«Close parking and breakfast was very good»

«I loved that it was a family run establishment, they were very helpful. The room had a kitchenette which was really nice and everything was well maintained inside.»

«Nice clean rooms. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Nice and approachable.»

«There were no coffee makers or microwaves in the room. They were getting new refrigerators but they weren't in yet but for some reason they took out the Best Western refrigerators without waiting for the new ones to come. This hotel is no longer a Best Western, instead it is Spark by Hilton. There is no longer a hot breakfast. Instead they have a bagel bar. The bagel bar was good if you like bagels. Aside from that, there was oatmeal some cereal and a machine that spit out vanilla yogurt. ...

«This is in a terrible part of town. Property was a mess. No ice machine or any amenities. We were given a coffee machine that had mold in it. We only stayed 1 of the 3 nights of the reservation which made the host angry. He said it was a 5 star hotel and that was charging us for the other 2 nights. I did take out cancellation insurance which made him very unhappy and he hung up on me.»

«This is convenient to I 81 and close enough to small restaurants and store to make easy access and the location itself seems like a secluded fairy cottage. Very nice indeed for a good nights rest.»

«Clean and quiet with nice amenities including A/C and a full size kitchen. One disappointment was the description said 3 bedrooms, so we expected 3 beds not 2 beds and a cot.»

«This apartment is simply delightful. Quiet neighborhood, close to many of Watertown’s cultural centers and sites, clean and comfy home, excellent communication with host.»

«Our stay was amazing. We were able to get back to nature, enjoy family time, and catch up on much needed sleep. Sharon was the most gracious hostess and there was more than enough room for the for of us. The water (Lake Ontario) is just a short 5 minutes away, we were able to take in sunrises and sunsets that were so picturesque. I think that there is something for everyone when you stay here no matter how young or old you are. We will be staying here when we come back. Thank you so much.»
