«Our family spent a wonderful week at Rustic Lodge. The expansive waterfront deck was the place to be during the very hot week. Upon arrival we discovered plenty of storage and refrigerator space. The rooms were larger than they appeared in the property photos. We all loved the Adirondak feel of the Lodge and look forward to returning next summer.»

«The cabin was exactly what we were looking for during our Fall stay for rest and relaxing. The views every morning and evening were gorgeous. We love that the cabin is pet friendly so our dogs could join us for the week. We used the hot tub almost every evening to watch the sunset which were amazing. The amenities were outstanding which included use of the pontoon boat. There are also a few trails that you can walk to without having to get into your car. Our favorite was the Trout Trail ...

«This is a very nice property with more positives than negatives.I'll put the negatives first: No curtains on windows other than in the bedrooms/bathroom. This one seems kind of odd, but there is no way to cover the windows in the kitchen, dining room, or living room (which faces the lake). This combined with slightly close neighbors means that the lights they leave on or conversations can be seen and heard. I could not get the side door to lock. «We enjoyed our time on the lake at Ron and Sandy’s. They were very accommodating and friendly. The location was perfect with great swimming and on a quiet area of the lake. The camp was well stocked and comfortable. The kids are asking already to go back next summer.»

«This a sadly neglected gorgeous old building. It felt like staying at someone's grandma's house. Dust, cobwebs, generally dirty, previous guest's food crumbs on the kitchen floor, dispensers in the shower completely empty, no milk and cream in the fridge as advertised. Passive aggressive garish signage about the "rules" all over the room and property. Way overpriced. Only redeeming quality is location. »

«I loved the Sherman Inn!! Jim and Donna were so friendly and I loved the history throughout. Truly a unique and wonderful experience. The breakfast was delicious, the beds comfortable, the rooms were huge and you couldn’t ask for better company. I will stay again when in Ogdensburg. »

«The whole experience was perfect. Jen communicated well, giving all the needed instructions about entry and free parking etc. The room and all areas of the property were well appointed, very clean and had obvious attention to detail. This place is off the charts in character. I had coffee in the turret and looked out to see the St Lawrence River. The stairs require some attention by anyone who climbs them. If was a bit more expensive than other options but well worth the extra. »
