«Property was a bit rustic, but an inexpensive option for direct access to Lake Cayuga. Faucet water carried a pungent odor when we first arrived due to high mineral content, but dissipated after use. Septic system was functional. Great internet access given location. Was able to reach Ithaca in about an hour, the Syracuse State Fairgrounds in about an hour and a half. Convenient access to three wineries in a half hour’s drive and a brewpub. Quiet space in a neighborhood of friendly people.»

«Beautiful sunsets on the screen porch! Very nice space for a family.»

«We loved our stay at Pura Vida! The deck over the water with the dock and boat lift was excellent. Don and Michelle were very responsive. The distance between neighbors was really good i.e. just far enough between the neighbors to offer good privacy but still be part of the "community". The location mid lake was good - only a few miles to the King Ferry country store for necessities (and some local meats/produce/merch(!)) and some places to eat. The fire lane was not busy at all - awesome ...

«This is a beautiful house in a beautiful location. Everything is top notch, very clean and impeccably cared for. The views of the lake are stunning and the area is exceptionally quiet and peaceful. It’s a wonderful place to go and relax. The hosts are very friendly and responsive- always quick to answer and they gave us lots of tips for places to eat & activities nearby. I highly recommend this property!»

«The staff were very welcoming and the amenities were wonderful. The property is new so everything was squeaky clean and well maintained. The hotel itself is in a very quiet location so it’s easy to relax, but close enough to town to enjoy all it has to offer. Did not use the spa but will definitely consider another stay.»

«Great place to relax and to get away from the big city stress. If you require a good internet connection this may not be the place to stay (it works but it is very slow). You should also note we got the feeling that this was a "be quiet place". If you plan to be very active and have loud conversations The Inns at Aurora may not be the place for you. Also, and this is not very well described in their information, you do have access to an OK fitness room at the Loft. You will need a key from the ...

«Not a good experience!»

«Staff at night wasn’t sure if EV charging was free or not. No clear indication if breakfast was included»

«Wonderful owners. Room was spacious and had some interesting antiques in it. Nice location overlooking a park area. We’d stay there again.»

«Outdated is fine, but a cheaper stay shouldn’t mean dirty. The general area looked clean, but surfaces were really dusty, corners in the bathroom dirty. I dropped something and looked under the bed and I regret that, no one’s vacuumed under the beds in god knows how long. This was a super last min trip for me and my long distance boyfriend and safe to say it was a bed to sleep in and leave.»

«Quaint hotel, clean room with fridge & microwave. Our room was in great condition, clearly renovated in the past year or so. The bathroom was nice too. Nothing that stands out, but it was in good condition, clean and with plenty of hot water. The bottled water, fresh fruits and snacks were a nice and welcomed touch. Coffee & mini muffins are available at reception every morning too.»

«Pros: convenient Cons: dated, worn out towels, bug infection, paid for a King but got 2 double beds, rusted sink and no stopper, after reporting these items to Expedia the owner demanded we leave at 10:30 pm and refused to refund»

«extremely clean and peaceful. excellent breakfast with friendly staff»
