«The cabin was small but very clean and renovated. We stayed as a family of 4 (2 kids) and the bunk beds were perfect. We even had a friend stay on the pull out couch 1 night and she said it was super comfortable. All the beds were great. We stayed for 8 days which was a little much for a small space but we also went back and forth to my parents house down the street. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking in Copake Lake. You definitely cant beat the price and location! And ...

«We had such a great stay here. The place is super peaceful, and the lake views are honestly incredible. Sunrises looked like paintings every morning. We loved taking the canoe and kayak out on the water, especially at sunset. Since there are no motorboats, it’s just quiet and calm, which made it even better. «Everything was perfect! What a great getaway for my little family. The house is very spacious, and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. We very much loved using the fire pit and taking the paddle boats out to the pond. Thank you for such a lovely stay!»

«Don’t let the 1980s decor fool you, the place is immaculate. We were a family of 8 and all the kids had their own rooms. The property is huge and very private. The owner took care of a minor issue via a very nice caretaker who arrived within 10 minutes and asked us what else we might need. Highly recommend!»

The four-poster king-sized bed was very comfortable, the large tub in the bathroom was a delight, and breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. «Cheryl’s place is a lovely cottage near the lake. We loved everything they did to make our stay more enjoyable, from many pairs of water shoes (definitely helpful for swimming!) to folding chairs, floats, and many different coffee-making options. We also loved the wind chimes and napping bed on the screened-in porch.The swimming was good, although it’s a busy lake with many motor boats. We had some long swims and the water was warm / comfortable. It’s best to swim near shore to avoid the boats. ...

As cold as it was, the walks by the lake were beautiful and peaceful and the firepit was a great way to end the cold winter days. Leticia was always helpful.
