«The keyless lock at the front was a little touchy and it took multiple tries sometimes. It’s a 2-step code which can be an issue if your finger isn’t exactly on the right spot. Also no elevator with lots of steps to 2nd floor. Everything else was great.»

«We had a wonderful time, the host was very helpful and friendly. The view of the Lake was beautiful and the many visits to the Golden State Park and Marina were enjoyed by myself and the dogs. We also visited the Yates Town Park which was just down the road a short drive. My husband and son went fishing and came back to a warm and cozy cottage! We loved it!!!»

«Wow, what a fantastic place on Lake Ontario!! The lake is 40ft feet from the property. An absolutely stunning view of the lake. The house is clean and a great place for a vacation!!! Myself and my family came up and did some salmon fishing on the lake. This place is a great place to get away and enjoy the lake and some piece of quite!! Definitely a 10/10!! «Our visit was a lot of fun. The cottage is nicely renovated and the owner was very responsive to my questions. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out or gather for meals and games at the table. The fire pit was the best part of the grounds as it's next to the lake. «This cottage was just the right size for us. The lakeview was beautiful. The sunsets were amazing! The septic system is shared with neighboring cottages from my understanding which noticeably effected the flushing of the toilet. Check in/out and communication with host was efficient and hassle free. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!!»

«Perfect! Great spot near the lake and close enough to ride the Erie Canal trail. Kayaking the river and nearby Lake Alice were both very nice. Short drive to three state parks. The house was wonderful. Would definitely go again.»

«House was the perfect size and is exactly how it was stated. The weather was not exactly in our favor which gave us an opportunity to spend more time in the house than we wanted to. We were able to utilize the porch outside. Play games look at the water and cook in the kitchen. Found some interesting things to do in the city of Rochester and visited the famous Genesee brewing Company. All in all we had a great time.»

«We stayed here for a couple of nights at the end of a trip. We wanted to be near Niagara Falls and were flying out of Rochester and this was the perfect in between spot. The house was clean and comfortable for our family of four and the area is lovely. The sunrises and sunsets couldn't be beat! The lighthouse tour was a nice bonus!»
