«Small, cute, had what we needed. Some more recent upgrades have been done, which is nice. However, old building that has missed much general maintenance for many years. Infested with colonies of tiny ants and bees. Many spiders in all windows and door openings(I’m aware we are at a lake). Difficult to manage stairs without adequate railings for handicapped. We did enjoy our stay and appreciated that we could book only 2 night»

«Very nice inside. Wonderful back yard with fire pit. Not as secluded as it appears as there are neighbors right next door, and the back property can be rented as well. Very close and easy to get to Bemus, and you can walk to the lake to watch the sunset. Would definitely book here again.»
