«Hotel had no elevator so customers not on ground floor must carry luggage up stairs - not acceptable for many people. No refrigerator, no microwave, very limited (3 pieces of equipment) fitness center, no pool, no breakfast. Basically, not a lot of things you'd expect from a hotel. Needs to join the 21st century.»
