«The hotel in general is disgusting! There were dead bugs all along the corners of where the floor meet the wall. The tv barely worked. It smelled like mildew. The shower head was broken. The toilet was rocking really bad and leaked from the bottom on to the floor. The rugs were stained and the couch had dried up food stuck to it. The crib I got for my baby was so skeevy. The breakfast was gross minus the juice and yogurt. The hot tub didn’t work and had a dead roach in it. That place needs a ...

«Location was ok. TV didn't work, manager brought us in another-only had 5 channels, no news. Apparently our floor had been wet as we had a fan or odd device blowing. The room had a terrible oder, cobwebs in the corners, carpet was all cut up & pieced together. Asked for a blanket, pillow & an extra towel. Was told I had 2 towels, explained i had long hair, I was given 2 extra towels but no blanket or pillow. The size of the room & bathroom area were definitely misrepresented. Oh & no hot water ...

«The hotel was very clean and staff were helpful. Its family and kid friendly. There are many things for thr kids to do of all ages. They pool and slide were a hit as well as the many floors for the arcades. There's great breakfast in the morning as well as a bar with great service, drinks and food. Many other shops near by and in walking distance. Highly recommend.»

«The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and staff were courteous. But….As we went to take elevator down from 5th floor, it appeared to be out of order. We had to walk all the way downstairs and ask what happened. Staff person said elevator was out of order. They did not notify guests of this (not even by posting sign at elevator doors). They are very lucky an emergency did not occur as they waited for repair service. Not everyone can handle stairs and have to rely on the elevator.»

«The cabin was cozy and neat. It has a kitchen and all that goes with it. It is a very lovey view of Lake Champlain from the front porch. They provided a golf cart to bring belongs to the cabin and back. It was a very quiet and peaceful spot. All in all just wonderful. We will come back.»

«We stayed at the LoZa house for my sons graduation weekend . The property is amazing . The lakeside views were fantastic and it was super clean. The host couldn't have been nicer. He checked in on us and even gave us a graduation gifts for my son ( his children helped make it which was real special ) . Its a great property with a great host .»

«This was a beautiful spot right on the lake. We loved the fire pit, and we were able to quickly stop in town for groceries and make a delicious dinner in the kitchen. Being right across the street from a great ice cream shop was a bonus too!»
