«This cute property is an adorable cottage with a million-dollar view over lake Oneida. There are amenities galore and the attention to detail was great. Everything needful was provided, it was all comfortable and overall an excellent stay. We very much enjoyed sitting on the deck with coffee looking out over the lake …. It was a truly relaxing and refreshing couples retreat that I highly recommend!»

«We pulled into the place and were appalled by what it looked like. Went in to check in and first noticed the office area was totally disgusting. Had a fish tank with a dead fish in the top looked like it had been there for a month the man immediately said he had no rooms to give. I said I have a Expedia reservation he says sorry we have no rooms to give most of the hotel is shut down and only a few good rooms left with no heat. The town should shut this place down. Expedia should be embarrassed ...

«I actually stayed in their property in verona beach. 5 minute walk to sylvan beach. 2 stiry apartment above rheir restaurant. Beautiful, quiet and comfortable. Ronda called in advance and offered the upgrade and wow, what an upgrade. Loved their place a d enjoyed a yummy breakfast at their restaurant. Highly recommended. »

«The property was dirty, There is a dead animal with flies all over the air conditioner vents. The washer was so loud that we had to go outside to have a conversation. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and moldy laundry in the dryer. We could not use the oven because it was duct taped shut. There was no grill to cook outside and I had to buy toilet paper. Very disappointing»

«Very nice and cozy home, clean, with comfortable bedding and sofas, efficient AC , well stocked kitchen and tastefully furnished on a quiet road close to Oneida Lake and the village of Sylvan Beach. The owners were easy to reach and replied in a timely manner.»

«We absolutely loved our time here and everything about our stay. Robin was easy to communicate with, the neighborhood is peaceful & the views were spectacular. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning sipping coffee & watching the fish play & jump out of the water and the mama duck leading her ducklings across the water. Every evening was like a different majestic canvas. We stayed for 2 weeks & wish it could have been 2 more!»
