There is a ladder to climb a very steep climb to get into the bed, you have to crawl from the end as there is no room around the bed. They must have built the loft around the bed. In fact, it is not a bedroom…just an opening up the ladderto the bed. There will s only one very small sink that serves as the bathroom and kitchen sink with no counter space in either “location” they are ...

«It was a great property and good location. Other than the fridge there was no storage space for food. The beds were very comfortable. It was well stocked for necessities. The mildew or sanitation smell was overwhelming, I bought plug in fragrances to cover the smell. Overall it was great, everything you need for a stay at the lake. The host was always very friendly and responsive, we didn’t need to contact him at all for the stay»

Seeing it was a new listing without any reviews I was slightly skeptical but traveling with a 5 year old, a hotel is always a struggle. This place was everything it was advertised and then some. «My husband and I were traveling to Mount Holyoke College for a graduation, and rather than staying at an overpriced, yet always disappointing Inn or Hotel in South Hadley, we chose to stay a bit away, here in Connecticut. The drive to the graduation was not too bad, and we, instead of having to cram into a packed city, were able to enjoy a beautiful, private stay in the woods.
