«Your response is unacceptable. The Royal Hotel was closed for refurbishment at the time of my booking — a fact that should have been known to Hotels.com before confirming any reservations. It is embarrassing that such a booking was confirmed in the first place, and the stress caused is entirely due to your company’s failure to ensure the property was operational. I will be taking this matter up with my travel insurance provider and expect Hotels.com to review its internal processes to prevent ...

«Excellently stay Recommend»

«Walkersons is a great getaway to the scenic countryside. Gorgeous views, relaxing and very serene. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the food at the restaurant is delicious. Make sure to try the Walforf salad. The unit we stayed in (Gretel), was clean and cozy, but has aged over time and needs a modern upgrade.»

«Everything was really nice only downfall is that the kids play area was not maintained and mostly broken, and the pool and jacuzzi definitely not worth it, although it's spring water there is still a level of cleaning that could be done it was terribly aweful. Staff and stay were good»

«Great space in the 2 bedroom apartment we had. The internal doors couldn't close and we had an issue with the shower spilling out cause the drain wasn't flowing well. The restaurant food really needs attention - we had raw chips on both occasions we ordered (burgers & sandwiches) and the steak was woefully overdone with the second being good. Amazing space with great amenities for the whole family.»

«It was a nice place, we had the hole building by ourself which was great. The host was friendly and helpful. This was the first time a 3 star hotel actually was a three star hotel compared to other hotels we have stayed at in SA. Have in mind we have a european standard in our head. Great place if you are interested in flyfishing or need to stay in the height due to be a professional runner»

«⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute feel-good recommendation! We had a wonderful stay at The Sabie Town House Guest Lodge and would return anytime. Mr The owners are exceptionally warm and take great care of their guests with genuine dedication. From the very first moment, you feel truly welcome. The rooms are rather simple, but lovingly and thoughtfully decorated. We especially appreciated the complimentary sherry as a small gesture of hospitality, as well as the coffee and tea facilities in the room. The ...

«Großzügig und schön aber nicht richtig sauber»

«Beautiful and tranquil location. The views are stunning across the hills and Sabie river. The cottage was beautifully decorated and designed. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious »

«I booked this quickly the same day using the iPad app while driving through Blyde River Canyon, and when I arrived in Graskop, which I had searched for a place to stay in, I was a bit surprised to discover that this site was actually in Sabia, a good 20 km away. That's not the fault of the hotel, of course, but my own, and maybe partially the designer of the app. Anyway, this meant that we arrived at the hotel just as it was getting dark and soon before the reception closed. Everything was fine ...
