«Staff were excellent. Hotel was ok. A little dated. For the amount of rooms at the hotel, pool and hot tub are very small - which meant very busy at all times (even for adult only hours). Power went out one of the evenings for a few hours - we had gone out to grab ice cream; were not notified that it was out, what happened or when it came back on. «The resort itself has TONS to do for everyone. The pools and lake activities were the highlight. They had food onsite but the sandwich shop (Mountain Man) and the pizza shop (pizza world) were amazing. Avoid el jefes (we paid almost $17 a plate and they did NOT fill all 3 tacos with meat and the queso was completely cold - Not worth the price). Check in was a mess. «Great place to stay for a few days to explore Branson. The pool was under renovation and even though the room was amazing.. it was missing a full mirror.. ladies need this.. Also the tub had a hose that leaked.. otherwise great area quiet and safe..»

«We have gone to Branson for many years now and didn’t know about this place til a friend told us about it. The room was great needs an updated sofa and loveseat (worn out) the sofa bed was not very comfy. Jacuzzi tub in the unit was great. Overall highly recommend this place and we would love to return.»

«Check-in was quick and easy, and the property is well maintained with a very nice exterior. While the interior is a bit dated, everything was clean and well cared for. «The hotel was built in 1997 by John Q Hammons, a SW MO business man and philanthropist who has since expired and the property is now owned by Atrium hospitality which cut staff, services and other amenities while raising prices and running the property into the ground. Signs of neglect and decay are clearly visible particularly in the swimming pool and in the rooms As is common with takeovers and buyouts, the new owners are more interested in short term pecuniary gain than long term viability.»

«Staff friendly and welcoming. Very clean hotel. Hotel accommodated our requests. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had good hot food. LOVED the real dishes and coffee cups! (The little things matter!). Enjoyed the sweet treats each evening in the dining area! Both pool areas were nice and well maintained. Only downfall was the room was very humid (we were on the first floor).»
