«The host Shawndra was very personable and helpful when I spoke to her on the phone. The home is clean and well stocked even though we just stayed overnight and didn’t use anything. It is an older home and could definitely use some modern updates especially in the master bathroom with the tub and the sink. It needs to be totally updated. Bathtub and sink need to be replaced and new blinds throughout the home. You can definitely tell the age of the home. »

«Nick was very helpful and gracious. However, the unit was lacking. No exterior lights worked on the front so we had to use the car to see to get in and out after dark. The front door is rotted and water logged. With a visible Crack and no weather stripping and it was in the 20s. The floors in the bedrooms were dirty along with the sliding door upstairs. I know it's not the high season, but the porch furniture was in disrepair.»
