«The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. They spoke English well and were able to help with our enquiries. The one bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious with an ocean view. It had a kitchenette with cooking facilities and a good sized fridge. A couple of the restaurant spaces were undergoing renovation which unfortunately limited our food options but there are many choices just down the road only 10 mins walk away.»

«The restaurant on the crystal sand beach turquoise waters was incomparable. However, the toilet seat in the suite had a lingering odour and the stopper in the bathtub had to be pulled out with a sharp utensil after every bath. The property needs upgrading in general, lots of patched up jobs that look bad, but the beach is superb and the staff are friendly and helpful.»

«Overcharged by almost $600 on checking out. The final bill was correct but when I later checked my credit card statement, the amount I’d been charged was more than double the actual bill. The hotel immediately admitted their mistake and asked for my bank account details so they could refund me. «We booked a garden view room. The room was big and overall the property was great. The spa pool was closed and some of the restaurants were working in non traditional hours during our stay. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We were disappointed with the experience we had with our keys. We were allocated a room for the two nights and every time we came out of the room, we needed to spend 30-60 minutes to get back to our room, because our door lock was not working. «The hotel looked soo great when we first arrived and in the photos. Unfortunately, when we arrived we got a room in a complex outside of the hotel area, behind some restaurants. The room was dirty, shady, not modern and seemed ready to fall apart. Rude staff as well. Would not recommend. Advertise with free wifi, it will only last 30 min with two people. »

«Wonderful sea view from the apartment. Balcony was a lovely place to be first thing in the morning & also in the evening to watch sunset. Just a quick walk to Anse Vata beach for amazing swimming with lifeguards on duty. Very convenient to head out to duck or master islands for the day( just pop across the road) Well equipped kitchen with full size fridge/ freezer which made it so convenient.»
