«This was our second time staying with Whispering Woods. The hot water was not working when we arrived and as we had a delayed flight into Little Rock, we did not arrive at our cabin until 1130 pm. There was no way to reach the staff until the next morning after ten AM. My wife was not happy with no hot water to shower with. «The room we stayed in wasn’t horrible but there were definitely issues. We found bugs in the bed and there were flying bugs in the room. I guess those can come in when you open the door but there several around the door so somewhat unavoidable. The toilet was stopped up when we arrived and the shower was EXTREMELY Slow to drain, so your shower turn into a bath. I would not recommend staying here and would not be returning.»

«If you’re looking for a remote, cozy, and beautiful place away from everyone and everything, this is it! There’s a great view of the mountains from the back porch. «My second year staying here. Stayed 6 days this year. This house is very close to Blanchard Springs. My favorite thing about the house is all of the outdoor entertainment area. Has rap around porches on the main floor and has a great outdoor downstairs area below the main floor that has lots of seating and a hammock. Also well lit with ceiling fans. Also has a nice fire pit that I used to cook hot dogs and marshmallows several times.
