«There is no daily housekeeping, which is okay. There is an order form to hang on your door for towels, toilet paper etc. We put it out in the morning and the next morning we still did not have what we needed. I called the front desk and the rude man yelled that he was by himself and I would have to come get what we needed. The breakfast was okay, nothing special, but since the hotel was full and they use real plates and cloth napkins rolled around silverware they could not keep up. There ...

«I chose Savannah House based on reviews and was very happy with it, Hotel is clean and very well maintained. We met people who have been staying there for years. It had older couples plus few families staying there. The hotel is very accessible to those with mobility issues with breakfast area next to the main desk, wide hallways and elevators. «The large Pirate Cove pool and slide was closed the entire time we were there. We booked mostly because of this attraction. Before booking call ahead and make sure it is open. The other pools were very small and over crowded to accommodate all the families there hoping to enjoy the water sides and splash pads of Pirate Cove pool. The cottages were very cute and clean but there were ants.»
