«I booked a stay here paid for it online then when we got to the hotel since I didn’t have my physical card they turned us away and said if we don’t have the card we can’t stay and we don’t get the money but I had my card online my virtual card which is the same as my physical card but still turned us away. Just got into town late and had to place other to stay»

«Hot tub was nice, clean room, quiet at night»

«Every thing was great , front end staff very nice. Only problem was the cleaning staff the morning we departed out of room 213. She was at the door and we was telling her the person that had the room prior to our stay left a women’s top. She wouldn’t listen only said, in English. I don’t speak English. Really??? Service staff should be required to know English . What if I was having a heart attack??? Could she help me then? She just walked away . »

«Not a lot of outlets to charge your phone, which you will need your box to plug in as they don't have the USB option. If you bring a computer and need to charge it, may have to unplug the microwave to use that outlet, or have to put it on one side of the bed; which was where the 4 outlets where. Toilet in bathroom was very low to the floor. Ceiling tile in bathroom close to shower had water spot, so must have been a leak at some point. Otherwise it was a good place to lay your head. «The property was much better than the pictures revealed. Lots of room to visit with family and we each had private space to retreat. Next time we rent, we will rent out the entire property- meaning- Include the 2 suites connected to building. We had a little problem with the AC but it was fixed immediately. Owners were very quick to respond. Perfect for family reunions! »

«Pre-stay questions answered in minutes. All was as advertised or as they said it would be. Great location. A few blocks from great places to eat. Very nice park, lake and off-leash dog park close, too.»

«Absolutely amazing stay in Great Bend while we were hunting around the area. Phenomenally well equipped kitchen for cooking breakfast and dinner. Alek was a super amazing host that was super responsive to any issues we had (which were minimal). Don’t hesitate to book this place as it’s only a few blocks from a grocery store and in the middle of downtown. »
