«A lovely clean property! Our room was spacious and clean. Had a bar fridge, bar sink and coffee maker. Beds, linens and pillows were comfy. Pool area was good. Wreckers restaurant onsite was fabulous!»

«The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The owners were excellent host and arranged all of our transfers. They even gave us a tour of Spanish Wells upon our arrival. Very close to the beach and provided a golf cart with the stay. We had a wonderful time while there.»

«The location was perfect for the Independence Day celebration. We were able to walk right to the beach in about 3 minutes. The bathrooms and house were very clean. However, the cookware was old and worn out. Scott the property manager was fantastic. There was a thunderstorm and the TV and Internet blew out but he was there right away and replaced it with a brand new TV.»

«We had a fabulous stay at the house! Everything was perfect! Carole arranged for our transportation from the airport to the dock and the ferry ride over to Spanish Wells. Once we arrived at Spanish Wells dock Audrey the caretaker was waiting for us and escorted us back to the house. Our golf cart rental was also prearranged and waiting at the dock when we arrived. «We came with our kids and grandkids and had the best 10 days! The location of the house to the beach was fantastic. The beach is a giant sandbar that you can walk forever and never find the end of. It was shallow and glorious on hot Bahama days. Having a pool at the house when we were done at the beach was even better! «This is, by far, the best house and location on the island. We had a large family with multiple small children so easy access to the beach, the outdoor seating areas and shower were a must have. This is our second time on Spanish Wells but our 7th summer in the Bahamas. The kitchen is lacking some basic items and pots and pans could use an upgrade but largely everything you need is there.
