«This was an excellent hotel in all ways, close to the beautful beach, nice and friendly people, clean and tidy etc. There could be one minus: we could miss the breakfast, but when you are a Norwegian, and there is a kitchen with all you need, you can walk into the charming city of Frederiksted and buy what you need, so compared to all the other positive things, this is not a problem.»

Our on-property host, Carmen, was attentive and caring (but not obtrusive), sharing some picked-off-the-tree bananas with us, as well as letting us know about a serious (but soon canceled) weather alert. «Nice clean house with a lot of room for everyone. Host was very accommodating with early church in and late check out to match our flight schedule. Bonnie if you like dogs let her know so she can let her sweet pup brownie come out to play in the huge back yard. »

«Parts of the home seemed like they were recently updated, other parts no so much. The back door to the pool was busted and took a FORCE to open, a true pain when trying to keep bugs out and enjoy the pool. Home is close to the west side beaches. The home itself is a very bare bones stay. A few old pans with no teflon left on them and very bare bones utensils we had to buy a new pan just to cook. If you plan on staying you will have to provide about everything . Not even comfortable seating ...

«We love the place, we have stayed on property several times and this was our 4th condo and it was by far the best one. Loved being up on the 3rd floor and having an amazing view. Everything was well done. Keep in mind you are staying in the Caribbean so salt water tends to wear on things. Internet can be spotty but we're not there for that, water access and snorkeling is some of the best on the island and the pier is within walking distance. Will stay again. »

«We were greeted by Doug the owner. He helped us bring our bags to our room. Room was decorated nicely and had everything you would need. AC was excellent. Doug and his wife bought property about a year ago and you can tell they have put alot of thought into it. St. Croix is delightful..The Cove is a gem. Best of luck!!»

«I really enjoyed staying in this hotel with the charm of the colonial time. Frederiksted is unfortunately poorly maintained (not this hotel). The pool, the balcony (which is promised in the room was a shared balcony) very nice, and the placement on the beach is super. The young receptionist could benefit from a bit more training - I guess that will come.»
