«The rooms are in need of updating, and I would strongly recommend hiring a new cleaning crew that takes pride in how clean and well-maintained the rooms are. The maintenance staff also needs improvement. Issues should be properly addressed and repaired the right way rather than putting a temporary “band-aid” on the problem. The overall condition of the rooms would greatly improve with better cleaning standards, updated accommodations, and maintenance staff who take the time to properly fix ...

«The property was nice and clean. A bit off the beaten path but nice and simple. Clean hotel. They had a car charger which was a plus because we had several electric cars in our group. Thank you for the staff of the hotel. Very nice and quite nice. Would definitely stay again if I'm ever in town.»

«The first thing was that the pictures were okay on the site, BUT it didn't show how dirty the place was. We got there and the outside was questionable. but we had to get ready to attend our event so we didn't have the time to really check out the place until we came back around 10pm. I was told by the host that the place was being cleaned after the previous tenants left. Well they must have left over a month ago because that place was dirty...with a capital D!! ANTS in the rooms, rust on top ...

«Great place on Smith Island. Amazing community feeling for 48 hours. The ferry is super expensive (it was 25 per person each way ,so 50 total per person!!!), adding 250 to the entire visit for 5, so something to really consider. The island is beautiful, house was perfect, very quiet and well kept. No downsides, but not tons of activities for very active teenagers. Everything super easy in terms of house/info/check in and out.»
