The location made it easy for us to fly into Portland and spend time exploring Southern Washington and Northern Oregon, all with easy drives back to where we were staying. «This place was awesome! The location was perfect. “Off the grid” feeling (no cell phone reception) but also felt accessible (wi-fi). The first night we saw a bald eagle attempt to grab a gosling. Luckily it did not succeed but was cool to see.There’s a little market about 5 minutes away in case you need to get some snacks. Dougan falls was 8 minutes away. Trying to figure out a way to head west again and stay there :)»
