«The radiator heat was automatically set WAY too warm for the first 5 days, then was OK. We only used the fireplace once when the radiator heat had been off too long, and it warmed things right up. There was no heat control in the room, and it's such a pain to get a msg to the host, that we didn't bother. Not happy at all that the only way to contact the host is via VRBO, and talking with an East Indian whose English is hard to understand. Probably our last stay via VRBO! The waterfront view was ...

«Clean space, small but doable. No dresser but one would be nice under the tv. The bathroom faucet sets back too far and the water ends up less than a half inch from the sink itself. We ended up using the kitchen sink for most of our needs because of this. The closet was huge and nice, we ended up moving cleaning supplies from the hanging cubbies to put clothes in as a dresser.»

«A week before my stay my adult son told me he could go along with me on the trip. I was excited and called to get a bigger room. It was literally hours after the ONE WEEK prior deadline and even though I called was unable to change the booking so I was forced to crowd into the one bed room with him. Not a huge deal but also not ideal. This is why I rarely book via these apps. They don’t have any flexibility and it is really frustrating. »
