«If bare bones is what you want this might be for you. No complimentary soap, shampoo, breakfast, elevator and it was hotter than hades. Our non smoking room reeked of smoke and was minimally clean. Too tired to try to find another hotel, but won't be staying there again.»

«It was very nice. The house was clean and equipment with a lot of brochures on attractions in the area. Also, toiletries. Close to convenience stores, elephant Butte Lake, and the hot springs.»

«We have enjoyed staying at this location summer of 2024 and again this year, summer of 2025. Property is charming and well furnished with alot of character. We love the safety and privacy that the privacy fence provides as we have a special needs child. We enjoy staying at the casita while visiting Elephant Butte State Park and Riverbend Mineral Springs. Property is conveniently located to both Elephant Butte and T&C. »
