«It was truly a relaxing experience and everything was super clean, breakfast was delicious. Just be mindful that there is no taxi or car service offered if you are wanting to tour the winery’s and we did feel that it was a little over priced for what it was compared with other places we have stayed but still a very nice place and lovely experience »

Some people may want a place with no WiFi, so it can be a selling point too. But this place has very poor mobile phone reception too. For a combined holiday with the need to do some work, this just didn't work. The owners also highlighted the TV, which only had basic channels despite being a smart TV. «Basic house with no Wifi. Lacking in a few essential home comforts such as dishwasher or hair dryer, bread knife and games. TV was old and reception poor. Backyard is big with sun in the afternoon but not a welcoming place to sit around. Mattresses were old. Fridge unplugged when we arrived. We appreciated the washing machine and the heat pump. The location is great, nice places to visit. With a few small improvements this could be a great holiday house. »

«Lovely secluded get away with a fire place. Be prepared to put your Scout talents to use as they don't provide fire lighters, just newspaper! It took hours to warm the place up. On arriving we were surprised by a fresh loaf of bread and four eggs. Perfect given we turned up around 9.30PM. Breakfast for two days! A bag of ground coffee too, and I'm a coffee but. It was yum! «We were very happy for our first stay at an Vrbo. Our hosts were exceptional. They were there to great us with open arms and delicious carrot cake muffins. The Chalet was a perfect home away from home. The property itself was well maintained and the yard around was gorgeous. Would definitely recommend.»

«The outdoor areas did not live up to the photos - for example the deck was covered in duck and bird toilet making it almost unusable. The furniture was rusty and cobwebby. The inside was lovely but the basic supplies were more or less empty - shower gel, soap, dishwasher powder, teabags.»
