«You can’t use the property as the bugs are too much. It says that there is a fire pit, but you are asked not to use it. Oor fridge died the first night and was replaced within 24 hours. Great communication with the owner. Some spices were empty. The decor was nice, but the furniture was not very comfortable and some pieces were in need of repair. Water stains in the bathroom. Lots of towels.»

«Booked this site for my daughters Grade 12 graduation gift since she loves swimming and a quiet cottage.Everything was just as advertised. Scenery is just breathtaking. Relaxing for swimmers and non swimmers. Kayaks, water boards and row boat were available to use from a very accessible dock and small rock beach. The town of Shelburne is a short distance away (just over 20mins) for groceries and quite a few eat in restaurants. Wifi was good and plenty of board games to play. The heat pump was ...

«This room really needs a makeover, there was a musty smell, the floor in the bathroom needs a deep clean, no extra t-paper provided. The air conditioner needs cleaning as there were dead flys coming from it that landed on the bed. The heater in the bathroom was all rusted. It is too bad that these older motels are not taken care off. Bonus was the bbq area, we took advantage of that. Over all not a place I would book again.»

«We had to change our reservation due to a ferry cancellation. Stephanie was so helpful in rebooking our room. As we were traveling from Maine, she also made restaurant suggestions close to the ferry terminal as we would be late arriving in Shelburne. The brewery was spot on. Stephanie greeted us when we arrived late and surprised us with a room upgrade. The room was spacious, well appointed and spotless. The next day we woke up to panoramic water views of the harbor...the perfect way to begin ...
