«One of the best hotels we have stayed at. The main reason was the hotel’s awesome staff member, Sam. From the moment we arrived he took extremely good care of us. He swept our luggage up to our room where we found it neatly ready for us. He offered very helpful recommendations on things to do, and clear and concise directions to get to our destinations. «The room was clean and very spacious and we could walk from the hotel to the centre of Christchurch. We had a a washing machine and dryer in the room which was wonderful. We were greeted with a great welcome even though we were late checking in and given real milk for our tea and our bags were stored after we checked out. We wrere directed to the best place to eat late at night after our arrival so - all in all a very friendly welcome and good amenities»

«Absolutely amazing accommodation, 10 minute walk from the center of downtown! Very clean with lots of space and a nice bathroom. My chief complaint would be that instead of a king mattress for the bed, they put together two twins, and you could feel the gap in the middle, also we found many hairs from others around such as on the bed and decorative pillows etc, even one on the toilet. Other than that this place is perfect and I will stay here again.»

«Our first room (“Superior Twin Beds”) was not as advertised (26 m2). Little light and narrow. However – we upgraded to a “DeLuxe” (a little bit expensive though) which was a very nice room. Kitchenette, fridge, spacious, pleasant beds. Hotel parking was full, but a public park just around the corner, so no problem. No breakfast, but we were welcome at neighbouring hotel.
