«The host was easy to reach for assistance finding the place and getting the heat running. However, the room and bedding were in need of cleaning. The bedding smelled unpleasant, and there were spiderwebs in the bathroom. The hot water only lasted for a minute or two before it turned cold, leaving only the sink and wash cloth as a bathing option. When we arrived, the gas wall heater wasn’t working, but the host arrived within 30 minutes to fix it. The mattresses were uncomfortable, like sleeping ...

«The place was great! I do agree with the comment that pictures don’t do it justice. Super cute and everything was labeled and well thought out. The breakfast down the road at the bear trap inn was good too. Will stay again if the opportunity arises.»

«This is a RUSTIC cabin this isn't a glamping cabin or a bougie five star resort. Things are outdated, old and basic but that's what we were expecting and paying for. The things that you need to be clean and nice are, very impressed with the quality of bedding and cleanliness of shower. Loved that it was located so close to major trailheads. Old lady in the general store gets a 1 star rating. Would definitely stay again. »

«We enjoyed our stay here for some late fall riding. It's an older place that's well kept. Some things to note is the living room couch is pretty wore, mattress was marginal in one room and no soap or shampoo in the showers were provided. It was clean and has a lot of space. We would stay again. »
