«Asked for 2 beds on 1st floor in reservation. Got 1 king bed & small sofa for 3 guests. Found changed accommodations when we went into the room. Would appreciate being told of change before arrival or at time of check in. Found Only 2 towels. No extra pillows. Was told housekeeper has been ill. Arrived late. Had to ring for assistance. We were tired travelers. Check in lady was nice & attentive but had small child with her.
Breakfast was ok. Parking ok. Will not return to that hotel again.»

«If you’re booking through Expedia, you aren’t getting all the information. The owner has not updated pictures or information!
THIS PROPERTY IS IN THE FAMILY’S HOME! There is NO SEPARATE ENTRANCE AND YOU LITERALLY WALK THROUGH THEIR HOME! That information is not listed through the Expedia site. Had it not been the CWS and needed to be in Ashland, we would have left! There is plexly glass around the entry into the loft. However, you can still see into their home and they can see into your living ...

«Kimberly Creek property is lovely! It has walking trails, a playground, large pavillion and other interesting things. It's only 10 minutes from downtown Ashland, which is a super fun place to poke around small town shops and eat. The King Dome, where I stayed was very comfortable, clean and well decorated. I appreciated the comfortable beds (everyone who stayed there mentioned the great sleep they had) as well as the firepit and picnic table just outside on our private patio. Something to keep ...
