«The staff greeted us like family come to visit. We were road weary and they were just great! The room was clean and comfortable. (There was even a post card in the room. #postalcrossing) The breakfast was great with hot food, clean and well supplied. Again the staff maintaining the breakfast stopped to check on us and made us feel welcome.»

«Facility is undergoing a remodel and there is construction debris everywhere, pool and other facilities closed. Only second and third floor rooms available and they are charging $200+ a night. Most disappointing is that there is no information on website or vendor sites providing information and you become aware only upon arrival. Place so dirty and disruptive that we refused to stay.»

«Host was very welcoming and quick to stop out when the pipes froze in the shower!! Cabin was so cozy and we loved using the hottub, and our little friend Miso who hung out with us most of the weekend. Loved how rustic and unique the entire cabin was, and learning about the history of when and how it was built. perfect place to go for a little getaway but still be close to town. definitely will recommended and come out again!! »

«When I got to the address listed in this booking it was an abandoned Days Inn with no people in site. There was zero signage indicating I was in the right place and it felt unsafe and super sketchy. I did not stay here and will be using my travel insurance for false advertising/the motel not apparently existing as advertised»

A few minutes outside of Sandusky, the rooms are simple yet comfortable and the grounds are a lovely place to relax, be it outside with the porches, pavilions, and firepits, or in one of the shared spaces inside. Ranae's communication was friendly, prompt, and clear. My only regret was that we didn't have more time there.»

«This property is in a rural setting but within a 5 minute drive to the Kroger grocery store/town. So buying those last minute food items was not a hassle. The linens were nice and clean as were the towels, etc. The host decorated very nicely with lit Christmas trees, bells, and prop wrapped presents with bows - VERY NICE. The kids enjoyed the foosball and ping-pong tables in the garage.»
