«The hotel was clean, affordable and AC and hot water worked. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, two major grocery stores on each side of the hotel and the Fugalei market right in front of it. Also was is a restaurant that makes decent “Fish and Chips” besides other dishes. Everything is a couple of steps away from each other, beautiful! Malo lava!»

«If you are un Savai'i, this is your best option. With the exception of a very unhelpful front desk staff member (lady with a gold tooth), the service, amenities and rooms were lovely. The food here was the best we had in Savai'i and top 3 in Samoa.»

«Aniva is a great host and the ladies that help her are lovely. The breakfast is very nice, the rooms clean and it's nice and close to Apia. The beds were a little hard for my taste but not terribly so, the shower is great and the pool is a delight in the heat, even though it's over-chlorinated. Definitely pay the extra for A/C (it's a must for sleeping in the heat) and I would recommend paying in advance at the quoted price as there is a small discrepancy in the exchange rate if paying when you ...

They became like family and without hesitation They promised to look after my mum when I returned back to NZ but they went above and beyond. Check in/out was smooth with no hassles. Right in the middle of Apia so very convenient to town. It’s simple and intimate setting gives you peace and quiet and the attention when needed. Highly recommended. Thank you to all staff especially the admin team :)»

«Lita the owner was in every way shape and form an incredibly gracious host. We arrived exhausted and burnt out after trekking in from Aufaga and we were at our lowest when she greeted us happily and after looking over our reservations, getting our rooms was no hassle at all. Lita even upgraded my room to an aircon room free of charge just because. She was so kind. There was one day I had to walk up the hill because our rental car couldn't handle the weight of 3 of us and our luggage and she ...

«Es war eine schreckliche Nacht, harte Betten, Kakerlaken im Zimmer, der Raum hat stark mufflig gerochen, Schimmel im Badezimmer, der Schwimmingpool hatte grünes Wasser zum Baden war der nicht geeignet. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Ich habe mit dem Manager gesprochen, der hat nur mit den Schultern gezuckt. «This was the most authentic beachfront fale experience I had in Upolu (I stayed at 3 fale properties - october). The fales were not pretentious. Walls are made from coconut palm and the fale has a mattress with a net. The property is safe, I was comfortable to use the exterior bathrooms at odd night hours and walk along the beach. Breakfast and dinner are served small family style and the hosts eat the same menu, and the variety was incredible.»
