«Was advised that I would be met at airport and no one there until I called again and waited an extra 30 minutes. Unreliable! On arrival at the hotel, our room was not ready, when check in was expected by 3 pm. We did not get a room until 4:30 and at that point put us in a room in a lower level with lesser views. Room had hair in bathroom, master bed and patio. Nothing in room for anything exceedingly t towels and sheets. Could not leave fast enough. Best part was being introduced to a ...

«Royal St.Kitts is a reasonably good hotel given the price and location. The staff had quite some variation when it came to servicemindedness and smiles, but St.Kitts is not known for smiles. So that was "on par", we can say. A limited range of restaurants in the immediate vicinity is a small minus, but the hotel rooms and pool area met our expectations.»

«Great overall with amenities; gym, restaurants pool and beach areas, where you could swim!! (Great clearing the seaweed from the beach daily!!). More importantly the staff was excellent!! Would definitely go back for a relaxing vacation. »

«The ocean view room as clearly advertised when booking wasn’t provided to us upon arrival, and the management was quite unprofessional and slow in handling the matter, they eventually moved us to an ocean view room (also our room didn’t have proper hot water - becomes cold after a min of running- and pool deck wasn’t sanded/treated and each of us got numerous splinters from it), but the way they handled it took away from the experience, as well as them charging us for the services that were ...

«Bed was extremely hard »

«We had a room at the front of the hotel overlooking he street. The street is particularly noisy on Friday and Saturday evenings with much loud music. The room was once of a high spec and is still ok for a short stay. Our bed sheets did not look clean.»

«The room was clean and spacious. Has an iron board but no iron, guess you can ask for. Lady on reception was very nice. Staff on restaurant and food are great with lovely view. Internet sometimes goes a bit lower but did the job. Tv is good aircon good. For the price point it is a great stay. »
