«My boys loved the place! The kayaks, fishing rod and fire pit were great. However the smell of pet urine and perfume covered the carpets. There was a film ontop of the carpets almost like a wax and we had to keep socks on. I see past guests said the same thing but the claims were dismissed as bad guests. The scent is a real problem, please change the flooring so guests can fully enjoy the experience.»

«I felt like I arrived in the house of an old relative. It was chock-a- block full of an amazing assortment of knickknacks which filled almost every corner. In fact, there was almost no space to put any of my things in my room.
My hosts were two engaging gentlemen who were happy to visit with me while I had breakfast. The breakfast was extensive and was far more than I was able to eat.
You should know that there was no TV, although the Internet was fine, and my host brought a carafe of cold ...

«It’s a beautiful historic property. We were greeted on arrival and given great information about the area. It’s a short walk to the Main Street shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean, temperature controls were available and felt very private. We did not get to enjoy the onsite cafe but will look forward to it next trip.»
