«Staff was very friendly; the room was clean. I loved that fact that I could set on the porch and watch the sun over Chimney Rock»

«Rooms and all were clean but shower door bottom and jacuzzi jets needed to be scrubbed as both had mold on them. Other than that it was a great trip. Views were excellent and very relaxing.»

«Fabulous Hampton Inn located so well within walking distance of charming and booming Black Mountain with restaurants and shops and artisan galleries. Easy drive to Asheville as well and the room rate was 40% less than properties just minutes away. Quiet with great service and friendly staff at the check in desk as well as the breakfast area. It is worthy of the 10 out of 10 rating it has received...»

«Helt greit hotella, meget god service :-)»

«We stayed there recently and we absolutely loved the pool and the hot tub. Shaun and Jody are amazing hosts. Our cabin as one of the cabins that isn’t quite remodeled yet but it’s in great condition and was big enough for an entire family ! It was spotless and the bed was comfortable. My only wish list was to have a mountain view but for the price I’d definitely stay there again. We loved how close we were to the lake and Chimney Rock. Great place to relax and breathe in the fresh air.»

«Very good price for what we got, nothing to do at the property but play golf. Amenities were very overrated. No shopping nearby. This is the first and last time we will stay at a place like this.»

«sadly we did not enjoy our stay and we are old house lovers - the location was great being close to town and the WIFI was excellent but the room was not what we would have expected for the price - small with tub in the middle, toilet so close to the wall it was difficult to sit on, shower that went from frigid to burning hot off & on, no soap, 1/2 bottle of shampoo, the room was too hot and stuffy even with both windows open, bed was called queen but felt more like a double, bedding had cigaret»

«Kimberly and her husband Rich were wonderful hosts. Very friendly and helpful. Great communication leading up to our stay. Charming property. We loved the outdoor spaces and we really enjoyed Rich's top-quality breakfasts that were specially prepared for each of us. We will definitely be returning. Barry and Terri, Oct 2026.»

«I stayed in the Milton room and it was beautiful. The Hotel has a very warm feeling with lots of comfortable seating downstairs to socialize. The owner sent me an email with self check-in instructions making it very easy to proceed directly to my room. She even called me leaving a message making sure I was aware of the email and asked if I had any questions. It made me feel right at home. I would definitely stay again and recommend them to any couple who wants a romantic getaway.»

«Recently remodeled motel is conveniently located in Black Mountain and is a great value. The room, bathroom, and linens were very clean. Staff was very friendly.»

«The staff was great and was always available when needed.»

«Clean room. Comfortable bed. Pet friendly. Quiet. All good!»

«Tyron Equestrian Center and the Resort is just a once in a lifetime experience. The restaurants are top notch, and the Resort accommodations are extremely comfortable. This place is a horse enthusiast dream. The views are just espectacular from our room we could see the sunset over the mountains.»
