«Having read so many reviews of this hotel I was very surprised by our experience. When we first checked in we were sent to a room that we had not booked (2 beds instead of 1 king), the bathroom was not clean at all - hair all over the walls of the shower, the floors were filthy - I dropped my sweater on the floor and picked it up and it was covered in dust and who knows what else, and when I pulled back the sheets on the bed to get in there was a stain on them that was crusty. «Issue with my reservation. Manager was horrible to deal with. Told her I was going to be adding a bad review. She didn’t care. Absolutely no desire to fix the situation. Workers were great. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Rooms need some fixing. Bathroom door didn’t close, shower leaked the whole time.»
