«We booked a room with lake view and private bathroom ( and paid for it ) when we got there they didn’t have it. Since it was 9:00 pm and we were tired , we took a shower on a shared bathroom and left the next day . Horrible experience. And on of everything the two first room keys that was give to us , the room was already occupied !!! Twice the same “mistake “, !!!!! Very disorganized !»

«We booked 2 rooms with 2 dobbel beds, but got 1 room with 2 dobbel beds and 1 room with 1 dobbel bed and a extra singel bed. Both rooms smelled awful, and had not been renovated in at least 20 years»
