«So they were shampooing the carpets, so trying to keep it clean. We had a room of guys next to us that were very loud. Getting louder as the evening went on. We decided to leave because they were so loud and trying to open the adjoining door. As I picked up my purse to leave a cockroach went scrambling. We did the 3 hour ride home at 10:30 pm instead of the morning.»

«Lodging overnight at the Cozy 1-bedroom Guest House in Lone Rock Wisconsin far exceeded my expectations. The guest house was spacious and very clean with many surprising amenities. There were utensils for grilling if we wanted to do so outdoors. There was seasoning available in the kitchen, a couple of frozen pizzas in the freezer (in an emergency), books, games and a tv for entertainment. It was warmly decorating making us feel like home. «Gorgeous location, right on the river! The photos are accurate, the river really is that close. Nice screened area to sit in (not perfect, but keeps 80% of skeeters out!). Comfy beds/pillows. Left us ice in trays, and some WI cheese. Very CLEAN. Note: floors are very slippery and uneven. Also, even though we were super careful (and I'm only 5'3) we still managed to bonk our heads mulitiple times, mostly going down the stairs. The highway is VERY loud and very close, we used earplugs at night. ...
