«When we arrived it took the staff a while to delete the key codes to the room and program the code for our stay. There was a live bug on the bed (it was not a bed bug) however there was a large gap at the bottom of the door allowing entrance to bugs. The light on the night stand did not work. «Everything was perfect and above our expectations, except for the stargazing. You couldn’t see well through the plastic roof of the tent, and there were a lot of lights around the property, hindering the darkness needed for stargazing.
