«Nice hotel - but forgot an item on the room and they did not answer our messages when we tried to contact them to get it.»

«Rooms were clean staff was very helpful Great views from room»

«Current construction works for the light rail extension compromises what otherwise is a good location. The hotel itself seems a little tired, particularly in the hallways leading to the rooms and the room itself. The mattress was a bit soft for my liking.»

«Large room and good gym. »

«This is a real bucket list experience. We chose the 1 night stay which included full board and a guided tour of the Zoo. We also did the additional Meerkat Experience at extra cost on our arrival day. We had a Lemur room and we could also see the lion enclosure from our room. The Zoo was amazing as was the food and drinks served - all top notch!»

«Rooms tidy & spacious. Breakfast was OK.»

«Wonderful hotel and excellent service from the staff.Would highly recommended Deco Hotel Canberra to anyone wishing to stay in Canberra»

«I would return to the Hyatt in a heartbeat. Old school charm without the chintz feels. Elegant. Staff were lovely especially Ben in reception. Facilities were great. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom had the best amenities and shower pressure. Will try the breakfast next time. It was too busy (school hols). They even have a hotel dog Pixie (lab). V happy and impressed and it’s now my favourite Canberra hotel.»

«Excellent location for Theatre, Lake Burley Griffin & an easy walk across the bridge to key national interest building. Once the light rail extension is operating, you will have public transport option in your doorstop.»

«Sentralt beliggende. Utmerket hotell»

«Really nice hotel. Lovely staff, great room, great food... the only thing i missed was a handheld shower and duvet covers instead of sheets. »

«I enjoyed the quietness and having other family members able to stay in the same area , would’ve good to have somewhere to wash dishes other than the bathroom»

«The hotel was reasonable for the price. The room was modern and functional. My only concern is that we got placed in a ‘pet’ room, which had dog hair and stains on the rug and it smelt like dog. I love that hotels are pet friendly, however you also need to clean more thoroughly and give people the option of whether they want to be placed in a pet or no pet room. When we talked to reception about it they couldn’t move us and they didn’t even offer to clean or remove the rug. For me this was an ...
