«We would like to formally report that my wife’s makeup items went missing after the room was cleaned by housekeeping. We informed the reception immediately and have followed up several times over the past 3–4 days. Unfortunately, although the staff have been polite, no real action has been taken, and the matter does not appear to be treated seriously. These items were inside our room and under the hotel’s responsibility during cleaning. We expect this issue to be properly investigated, ...

We unfortunately had to move because of noisy neighbors and when we got upgraded to a suite (which was very nice) there was loud noise from the club at the hotel next door. The concierge was OK but not great. There was a ton of staff but we were getting mixed answers from various people. All the tours seemed to be sold as 'private' but we did not necessarily need or want that, so they should suggest cost saving group tours in addition to ...

InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa by IHG

10/10 Utmerket

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic stay and were very happy with everything. The service was outstanding – everyone was extremely kind, friendly and always willing to help. The staff really made us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special thank you to Momoudo in the lobby, who was always helpful with our luggage and making sure we had everything we needed. What a lovely man. Also a big thank you to Sanjay for the excellent room service. Both were incredibly kind and professional. The room was always clean and tidy, with plenty of fresh towels. The pool area was clean and beautiful, the water was pleasantly cool, and there were always enough towels available. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. The hotel is also very family-friendly, with a playground that our daughter absolutely loved. What really made our stay special was the amazing staff. Wonderful people, excellent service and genuine hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!"

"An amazing hotel experience with outstanding service and attention to detail. A special thank you to Wisal for going above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable, and for lighting up our visit with her beautiful smile and positive energy. Many thanks as well to Fatima for her kindness and professionalism, making our checkout smooth, easy, and stress-free."

Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli

"We really enjoyed our stay at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels. The location was perfect — right in the heart of the Souq and within walking distance to many attractions, museums, and metro stations. It made getting around Doha so easy! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a lovely experience and we would definitely recommend for people who would like to do sightseeing in Doha within walking distances! "
