«Koselig og vakker beliggende hotell på stranden Playa del Carmen. 3. gangen jeg bor her. Nå, som 1. gang i en bungalow m plass til 5 personer. Balkong med hengekøye, stoler og bord. Ikke utsikt til sjøen. Bungalowene ligger i en tropisk hage. Gartneren burde ha kuttet vekk alle de visne bladene og grenene. Bare kaldt vann i dusj og vask.»

«We stayed in nr 14 ,just by the pool and that is a super room.No caterpillars,good view to see the howling monkeys in the mornings/evenings.Short way to the beach and good restaurants as neighbours.The staff was superhelpful.We choose to make our own breakfast as the kitchen facilities were fairly good.The big knife could not be less sharp and maby could the coffeebrewer have been a bit more easy to handle but on the other hand it gaves us a few giggles😁All in all,a super stay.Thank you.»

«Great experience at Nya! We got upgraded to a room with a terrace and we enjoyed the hotel's excellent restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The pool area is also very nice and relaxing. We also got surprised with treats every day at the room and the staff placed umbrellas at the rooms when it rained. The breakfast is served a la carte and not as a buffet but the dishes are of very high quality and taste. Also comes with fresh juice and really good coffee. AC in the rooms were superb and ensured ...
