«The property and amenities are very good. But try to call for info is impossible. Check in and check out takes more than 30min.»

«This was the best resort I’ve ever stayed at. I cannot wait to come back. I am already thinking about it. The location, the beach, the pool, the staff, the restaurant was absolutely amazing. I never experienced anything like it. The room was beautiful and spacious and very very clean. The housekeeping did an amazing job with keeping it clean during my stay. Once again, cannot wait to return!»

«God middag, men lang ventetid hvis man ikke var blant de første bordene som fikk servering. Flott sted! Veldig hyggelig betjening!»

«Amazing scenery and nice rooms.»

«Beautiful resort! Among the most beautiful places we’ve stayed in. The beach front room»

«Koselig og vakker beliggende hotell på stranden Playa del Carmen. 3. gangen jeg bor her.

«Great experience at Nya! We got upgraded to a room with a terrace and we enjoyed the hotel's excellent restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The pool area is also very nice and relaxing. We also got surprised with treats every day at the room and the staff placed umbrellas at the rooms when it rained. The breakfast is served a la carte and not as a buffet but the dishes are of very high quality and taste. Also comes with fresh juice and really good coffee. «Good restaurant, comfortable beds, beautiful pool/beach area and excellent staff.»

«Stayed in the Estrella room, it was beyond beautiful. Long scenic walk to the room, kitchenette, and filtered water in the full sized fridge. Staff was very kind and helpful, since the hotel was 6 hours from SJO we had to leave at 4 am and to our surprise there was a staff member there to assist with checkout. There are no key drop-boxes, so I was worried about how we were going to return it. Overall an amazing stay.»

«Staff was great! Loved the place, super homey and comfortable. Great locale as well.»

«This place was great. Location is accessible to everything but with a sense of privacy due to the individual suites. The staff was amazing across the board. Overall, I travel around 100 nights per year globally and this was one of the best stays I have had at a property in a long time.»

«Strand var helt ubrukelig, masse drivved og hotellet ligger helt utafor allt, man maa taxi for aa komme til noe som likner tettsted.»

«Buen servicio en el restaurante lo de más ma so menos»

«Beautiful rooms and area. Lovely and quiet. One note to mention, the beach across the road is not the crystal blue waters as the sand is dark. It’s also a busy area for fishing so we didn’t swim. There’s some nice restaurants within walking distance and a great grocery store. »
