«Last Saturday, while traveling, we booked a room at Quality Inn through Expedia. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to check in due to unforeseen reasons that occur 15 minutes after we booked our reservation therefore we didn’t check in and still got charged for the stay.
We contacted Expedia to explain the situation and request a refund. Expedia reached out to the hotel on our behalf, but the hotel has reportedly not been returning their calls/email. We are now out of funds for a room we did not ...

«The room was very dirty. Stains in the bed and cigarette burns on pillows and sheets. Floor and walls filthy! I requested a refund and the front desk worker said he had to get it approved by management. He did refund the fees and I’m currently waiting g fo full refund. Never again 😌»

«Overall, this COULD BE a great rental if the owner cared for the house and improved communication. It took me four months to get a response to revise our stay dates but we were finally able to about a month before our stay so it worked out. «It met our needs, but wasn't impressive. I was afraid to put my crawling baby on the floor because the carpets were disgusting.
